Tudor had a strong showing at Watches and Wonders 2025. Nothing revolutionary, but solid expansion of their lineup in directions that make sense.

Black Bay 58 Burgundy
#

This is the headline. A deep wine-red bezel on the 39mm Black Bay 58 platform. Tudor calls it burgundy, but it shifts between dark red and brown depending on lighting.

The color references Tudor dive watches from the 1960s and 70s that featured similar reddish bezels. Historical accuracy points earned.

Same MT5402 movement as the other BB58 variants. Same €3,600 price point. Same excellent wrist presence.

Will it become the new must-have BB58? Probably not - the black and navy versions have strong followings. But it’s a beautiful addition for people who want something different.

Pelagos Ultra
#

Tudor pushed the Pelagos to extremes. The Ultra designation means 1,200m water resistance (up from the standard Pelagos FXD’s 200m). Titanium case, now with additional reinforcement.

43mm case size makes it a commitment on the wrist. This is a genuine tool watch for people who actually need deep water capability.

Price lands around €5,800. Competitive with Omega’s Seamaster Professional line, and the titanium construction offers all-day wearability.

Black Bay 68
#

A new model bridging the Black Bay and the vintage Submariner-style watches Tudor made in the 1950s and 60s. 40mm case, in-house movement, applied markers.

The “68” refers to 1968 - a pivotal year in Tudor’s dive watch history. The design is cleaner than the standard Black Bay, with less pronounced bezel and more restrained proportions.

€3,400. Right in the sweet spot where Tudor operates best.

1926 Luna
#

Tudor’s first moonphase complication. Built on the 1926 dress watch platform, with a moon display at 6 o’clock.

39mm case in steel or gold. The moonphase accuracy is 122 years between corrections - standard for modern moonphase movements but good to see Tudor hitting that spec.

Steel version at €2,900 makes it one of the more affordable Swiss moonphase watches from a major brand.

My Take
#

No single announcement rewrites the rules. But collectively, Tudor demonstrated why they’re the value leader in the Swiss mid-range.

The BB58 Burgundy will sell well. The Pelagos Ultra serves a niche. The 1926 Luna expands their dress watch offering.

Solid work across the board.
