Three weeks into January. Time for watch resolutions.
Buy fewer watches. Already failed this one. Picked up a vintage Seiko at a flea market last weekend. €45. Couldn’t say no. The dial was too perfect.
Actually wear everything in the rotation. I have watches that haven’t seen wrist time in months. The dress watch sits there looking sad while I reach for the same three pieces every morning.
Stop checking Chrono24 before bed. This is the hardest one. It’s become a ritual. Scroll through listings, save things I can’t afford, fall asleep with FOMO.
Sell the ones I don’t wear. The emotional attachment is real. Every watch has a story. Even the ones I never wear feel like they deserve to stay.
We’ll see how February goes.
